Will I be required to provide a house key or garage door opener for Lucky Dog's use?

We can work with whatever you are most comfortable with. Garage door openers, house keys, garage door codes, etc are all acceptable.

What methods of payment does Lucky Dog accept?

Lucky Dog accepts cash, check, credit or debit card.

How will you know all there is to know about my dog(s)?
All new customers are required to complete a Getting To Know You document as well as complete an in person meet and greet with Lucky Dog. During the meet and greet, we will ask you pertinent questions related to caring for your pet, helpful hints for their likes/dislikes, appropriate/inappropriate behavior, desired commands, care expectations, etc. Once the initial meet and greet is complete, we will provide care based on the discussed plan and make any necessary adjustments as needed.
